Rétrospective Roberto Burle Marx - La Permanence de l'instable - Cité Chaillot - Paris

L'artiste brésilien Roberto BURLE MARX (1909-1994) est mis à l'honneur à la Cité de l'Architecture. Le père du paysagisme moderne brésilien avait été formé aux Beaux Arts de Rio de Janeiro dans les années 20, il a développé sa créativité en qualité de paysagiste, peintre, dessinateur, graveur, sculpteur, scénographe, musicien ou joallier.


The Brazilian artist Roberto Burle Marx (1909-1994) is honored at the Cité de l'Architecture. The father of the Barzilian modern landscape had been trained in Fine Arts in Rio de Janeiro in the 20s, and developed his creativity as a landscaper, painter, draftsman, printmaker, sculptor, designer, musician or jeweler.
